GARDENS

London Front Garden

The front garden of this north London Victorian property was designed to provide a suitably welcoming approach to the front door, and separate the pedestrian access from an adjacent parking space.

The rigid geometry of the traditional black and white tiled path inspired the curvaceous planting, a mixture of Japanese holly (Ilex crenata) clipped into clouds with blousy Hydrangea ‘Annabelle’ billowing over. A pair of Magnolia stellata acts as sentinels either side of the steps to the front door.
